Due to providing cosmetic products and for sanitation reasons, we have a no refund/exchange policy. No refund or exchanges will be granted unless customer has received the wrong product. In this event, proof that wrong product has been received will need to be shown to us and we will send correct product.

Please allow 24-72 hours for processing orders.

Please be sure to enter your correct address, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
